NFC Coming to a Phone Near You

Have you heard of NFC?  I’m referring to Near Field Communications, not the National Football Conference.  Near Field Communications allows devices to transmit data over close proximity, usually no more than a few centimeters.  Recently, Google launched it’s Google Wallet service.  This service allows you to make payments using your mobile phone.  This technology is also showing up in residential door locks.  There are endless possibilities for businesses to use NFC for coupons, gift cards, etc.  Let us know if you have ideas for NFC that we can help implement for you.
