Vacation Reminders

Here are instructions for setting up Vacation / Out of Office notifications for Intrcomm / Five Technology hosted mail.  You cannot configure these from within Outlook.

In a browser, got to http://mail.intrcomm.net and sign in.  You username is usually your full email address.

Once logged in, select preferences from the lower left corner.

Select the "Vacation" tab.

Click the checkbox to enable the Out of Office, enter the message you would like sent, and click the "Save" button.
