iPhone Setup

Follow these steps to setup mail.intrcomm.net hosted email on your iOS device.  If you have an Android, Windows Phone, or Blackberry, please see our General Email Settings page for the settings needed to complete the setup.

1. From the "Home" screen, select "Settings"

2. Scroll down and select "Mail, Contact, Calendars"

3. Select "Add Account"

4. Select "Other"

5. Select "Add Mail Account"

6. Enter your name, email address, password, and a description you want to differentiate between this account and others on your device.

7. Make sure "IMAP" is selected and enter your account information.  This information should be the same for both "Incoming" and "Outgoing" mail servers.

  • Hostname: mail.intrcomm.net
  • username: your complete email address
  • password: should already be filled in from the last step

8. If you get the following error, select "Continue"

9. Turn off "Notes" as our server does not sync notes

10. You should now see your account listed with your other accounts.

11. Go back to your "Home" screen and select the "Mail" app to view your email account.
